Beckman iPad App

As a part of ongoing efforts to support their sales team and educate potential clients, Beckman Coulter, a life sciences company dedicated to advancing and optimizing the laboratory, asked TBA Digital to expand their available toolkit used to demonstrate some of the key workflows and use cases of their Biomek i5 Automated Workstation.

In many instances, a live demonstration either presents logistical challenges or is not possible, which limits the ability of the Beckman Coulter team to present value propositions and key features about their products in an engaging manner and to move interested parties further down the sales funnel. In order to bridge the gap, Beckman Coulter asked TBA Digital to create an interactive sales aid, which will allow potential users to gain familiarity with the product through sales-rep driven conversations using an iPad application and Windows 10 device as the vehicle for this product discovery and education.

I designed an application that features a rotatable 3D model of the device, with hotspots which can bring up a variety of potential media such as text, short animations, or images to explain the features and benefits the products. The application also features additional PDF resources for a more in-depth exploration of the detailed subject matters.
